Adoption Services
The Navajo County Attorney’s Office may be able to serve as your attorney in an
uncontested adoption involving a minor child or children. This is a free service
— there is no attorney fee, but you will be required to pay all costs involved.
Our Adoption Services staff prepares all legal paperwork for the adoptive parents,
files the adoption petition and represents the adoptive parents at all court hearings.
