Criminal Division
The Criminal Division is responsible for prosecuting criminal offenses committed
by adults in Navajo County. The criminal offenses can be misdemeanors (where the
maximum incarceration is six months in the County jail) or felonies (where the defendant
can be sentenced to the Arizona Department of Corrections).
