Navajo County Recorder Laurie Justman Opens Satellite Office in Show Low

Posted: Oct 29, 2012 By: Hunter Moore

Show Low,AZ —Show Low – Navajo County Recorder Laurie Justman will officially open a Show Low office on Thursday, November 1st. The office will be located at the White Mountain Facility in southern Navajo County at 550 N. 9th Place in Show Low, AZ, and will be open every Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

With the addition of the Recorder’s office to the White Mountain Facility, individuals will be able to record documents, make copies of recorded documents, place orders for recorded maps and meet with members of the Recorders’ office to ask questions they may have concerning recording, voter registration and elections.

“I am very pleased that we can bring our services to the southern communities of Navajo County to improve accessibility,” said County Recorder Laurie Justman. “We have invested a lot of time to make sure that our document systems and staff are ready to go, and we are confident that customers will appreciate the reduction in travel time now that we have an office in Show Low.”

Recordings submitted at the Show Low offices will be received and processed by staff members in the Recorder’s office as quickly as possible. When processing is completed, the original recordings will then be mailed back to the customer from the Holbrook office.

“It is important to note that if customers need a copy of a document that was recorded prior to April 1, 1995, or any recorded map, they will need to submit a request for the copy through our staff members,” commented Justman. “When we receive those types of requests in Show Low we will refer the request to Holbrook, and the documents will be mailed to our customers from the Holbrook office.”
