As the victim of a crime, we want to give you an opportunity to share your thoughts
about how the crime has affected you. While we realize that it may be hard to put
your feelings into words, we feel it is important to have your thoughts and we will
appreciate your efforts. Your statement can be made in writing, in person or by
phone.
Please state in your own words how this crime has affected you and your family.
This information will be kept in the official prosecution file and will be made
available to the pre-sentence investigator, who will make a sentencing recommendation
to the Court and to the Judge before sentencing.
