NOTICE AND AGENDA OF SPECIAL TELEPHONIC MEETING
OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE COUNTY OF NAVAJO

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Navajo (the “Authority”), will hold a special telephonic meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, December 12, 2011, to consider and take action as appropriate with regard to the following matters:

  1. Consideration and adoption of a Resolution granting preliminary approval for the issuance of the Authority’s revenue bonds to provide financing assistance to Trinity Enterprises, Inc. or one or more of its to be created affiliates for facilities to be located in Navajo County, Arizona;
  2. Such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
