In the past we have had land for sale over the counter, however, for the past several years we have sold everything at auction. We currently have no properties for sale.

The next auction will be held in October. An exact date will be released closer to that time.

The list of the properties will be available on this website, over the counter in our administration office, or in our county contract newspaper.

You or your representative must be present at the auction.

Bidding starts at the price listed and is sold to the highest bidder. No bids will be accepted for less than the starting price.

Sign-in will be held one hour before the beginning of the auction. Registration information includes your name, phone number and the information you will want on the deed.

We accept cash, money orders or cashier's checks.

We must receive payment within 24 hours following the sale.

Yes, Navajo County will issue a quit claim deed to you. You should receive your deed within a couple of months after the sale.
