Navajo County Clerk of the Courts
Valerie Wyant
The Clerk of the Court, Valerie Wyant, and her staff provide many services to the
citizens of Navajo County. The office maintains all superior court case filings,
takes and transcribes minutes for all court hearings, issues marriage licenses,
processes passport applications, handles jury duty, sends out wage assignments for
child support, collects fines, restitution and all other court ordered obligations
and pays out restitution monies to victims.
Valerie Wyant was appointed by Governor, Jan Brewer to complete the term of former
Clerk, Juanita Mann, who retired from office, December 31, 2009. Ms. Wyant has been
an employee of the Navajo County Clerk of Superior Court for 11 years.
