Payable to Passport Agency: $75 if 16 years of age or older $52 if under the age
of 16 (this must be in the form of a money order, Cashier's check or personal check.
There is an additional Fee of $60 for expedited service to the passport agency
$30 Execution Fee to Clerks Office (This must be Cash or moneyorder. NO PERSONAL
CHECKS)
