How does the application selection process work?

Once your application is received, it is evaluated against the desirable/minimum qualifications for the position. (Note: You may view job descriptions by clicking on the job titles for the positions listed under Employment Opportunities.) Then the application is sent to the hiring department. After reviewing the applications, the hiring department determines which applicants to interview and contacts those applicants directly.
