Navajo County Public Health Services
Family Planning services include human reproduction education, counseling for family
development, PAP screening exams, physical examinations, birth control counseling/disbursements,
sexually transmitted disease diagnosis and treatment and pregnancy testing. All
county residents, male or female, are eligible to receive services. Call any district
office for an appointment. Some qualifications required.
Clinics in Winslow, Holbrook, and Show Low only--once a month clinics with Debra
Smalley, RNP, CNM by appointment arranged through area public health nurses only.
Pregnancy Testing done confidentially, please call for appointment and instructions
as to collection, time frame, etc….

Those Clients Who Qualify for Title 5 may choose to donate.
If you are not able to keep an appointment, please notify the office as soon as
possible so we can schedule another patient.
The information received in the Family Planning Clinic is confidential. Treatment
of minors does not require parental consent. However, we do encourage minors to
talk with their parents about birth control.
