Tuberculosis (TB) Program
Program personnel are responsible for follow-up on all Tuberculosis cases as well
as contacts with a case. TB education is provided for the general public as well
as TB skin test screening. Program staff also act as a resource to private medical
providers for guidelines related to TB treatment and laws related to infectious
diseases. Follow-up surveillance and TB clinics are utilized to detect and monitor
TB.
PPD Skin testing for tuberculosis is offered by appointment on Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Friday. A return visit to have the skin test read is required 48-72
hours after PPD is applied. $10.00 requested per PPD. Call our location nearest
