When using the application, an electronic image of your rabies vacination certificate
will be requried, together with a valid email account. Note that all fields must
be property filled in to create a complete application. If this public web application
is used, there will be no licensing fee. Once the County has processed and approved
your application, you will be mailed a tag. If problems are discovered with your
application, County staff will either email or call you.
