Inmate Visitation
Notice:
Per LT. Mark Reynolds there will be a regular working day on January 01, 2011, Saturday.
Therefore, Pods A, B, C, I, Hldg 1 and Hldg 2 will have their regular visitation
on Saturday, January 01, 2011. But J4 rms 408 – 415 and K4 will have their visitation
on Thursday, December 30, 2010 due to the recognized Holiday, Friday, December 31,
2010.
The date and time for the visit is determined by which housing unit the inmate has
been assigned to and is the responsibility of the inmate to let their visitors know
when and where. An inmate is allowed one 30 minute visit per week. Example:
2 Adults
OR
1 Adult plus 1 Child or Infant
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
Both visitors must be here within the same 30 minutes to divide the time. If you
have more than one child, please alternate them between visitation days. We will
not allow children to be rotated in and out of the visitation booth. Anyone found
breaking this rule, will have their visit stopped and possibly not allowed to visit
in this facility again. Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby during visitation.
When registering for a visitation all persons over 18 must provide the receptionist
with a valid Photo ID. Changes to Inmate visitation days may occur. It is your responsibility
to verify the inmate’s visitation day before the visit. If you show up on
the wrong day, you will not be allowed to visit.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
Special visits may be granted every 30 days provided the visitor lives over 100
miles away and has I.D. to verify it. All special visits must be request by the
inmate within 48 hours prior to his/her visitation day. The visit must be on the
Inmate’s visitation day and must be approved by the Shift Supervisor. A special
visit is an extension on time from 30 minutes to an hour, with only 2 visitors.
To be able to visit, a person 18 years old or older must have a photo ID with current
address or P.O. Box. All Inmate visitation days need to be verified prior to visit.

Sign up is between 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Visitors will not be allowed to sign
in before 12:30 p.m. or after 4:00 p.m.
There will be no exceptions.
