The 2023 tax statements/mortgage cards were mailed on September 14, 2023. eNotices went out on the same day for those who were signed up for that service. For tax bills over $100, the first half of 2023 property taxes are due no later than November 1, 2023 by 5:00pm. The second half of 2023 property taxes are due no later than May 1, 2024 by 5:00pm. If paying the 2023 property taxes in full, interest on the first half will not be assessed for payments remitted by January 3, 2024. Property tax deadlines are set by Arizona Revised Statute §42-18052. Failure to receive a tax statement is not a legal reason for waiving interest. The Treasurer must assess interest on all delinquent balances at the annual rate of 16%, prorated monthly on the first day of each month. For additional information on how to pay, please look at the variety of methods listed on the Contact Us page.
